EDGAR KILLS SELF AFTER SHOOTING ESTRANGED WIFE: Dennis Garnie Edgar, 50, turned his gun on himself after critically wounding his estranged wife and a passenger on a Dallas, Tex. street car Monday. Mrs. Edgar, who suffered three bullet wounds tol d officers there that Edgar boarded a street car on which she was going to work shortly before the tragedy. The injured passenger was T. M. Conaway, 36, Dallas. At the time of his death Edgar was employed by the Texas Engineering and Manufacturing Company. He was born in Marshall County and lived here until about ten years ago. Funeral services were held at the Nazarene Church here Wednesday afternoon. R. S. Rushing conducted the service. Burial was in the Woodberry-Forest Cemetery with Watts Funeral home in charge of arra ngements. Mr. Edgar is survived by his father, John Edgar; two sons, Kenneth and Marion and a daughter, Grace Elizabeth, all of Dallas; three grandchildren; four brothers, Ted and Roy of Madill, Johnnie who liv es in California and Carl, Jal, N.M. Four sisters, Mrs. Ivy Underhill, Mrs. Lee White and Mrs. Grace Archerd, all of Madill and Mrs. May Sander, Garvin, Okla., also survive. Pallbearers for the funeral were John Reid, Raymond Jackson, L. Hobbs, Jess McCommas, B. E. Burns, Lauren Gaylor, Condie Carroll and Pete Winberry.
