Note	Worked as a farmer and ran a cotton gin. The Walton's and Norwood's were distant kin and they intermarried. Some have said his father was Robert G Norwood Sr. but I have yet to find any mention of this in any sort of records. The only thing close is a Census record that shows Benjamin Norwood as the head o f household in Farmersville Texas in 1880 and a whole host of people that appear to be related to each other. Going forward with Robert G Norwood Jr. as correct and based on all census data records show that this line is 100% verified. His father is based on Rita Shaffer's information which shows that Rober t G Norwood Sr. I have yet to find proof of this. At this time I am assuming that her information is correct and based on that Benjamin and Benjamin Jr. have been added to the tree were I think the y fit. It is too much of a coincidence that Benjamin Jr. follows Robert G Norwood to Farmersville Texas and lived next to them with a host of other Norwood's.
